INDOOR SOCCER LEAGUE              

DEADLINE FOR INDOOR TEAM REGISTRATION WILL BE DECEMBER 15TH EVERY YEAR. TEAM CAPTAINS OR MANAGERS FORM YOUR TEAMS EARLY. IF YOU WANT TO PLAY AND CAN NOT FORM A FULL TEAM LET US KNOW WE WILL FORM AT LARGE TEAMS.        

WHERE :                                WEST PLAINS CIVIC CENTER

MATCH DAYS / TIMES :      Weekday matches in January and February at 4:30, 5:45, 7:00, 8:15,and 9:30 P.M.
                                                  Saturday matches at 8:30, 9:45, 11:00 A.M, 12:15, 1:30 2:45, and 4:00   
                                                  Sunday matches at 1:45, 3:00 , 4:15 and 5:30 P.M.

MATCH LENGTH :                Two 30 minute halves and one 5 minute halftime per match.

NUMBER OF PLAYERS:     During matches there will be a maximum of 5 players allowed on the
                                                   field including the goalkeeper. Teams must have a minimum of five
                                                   players on their roster. There is no maximum, however a roster of
                                                   eight is recommended. Players are not allowed to register on more
                                                   than one indoor team.

AGES AND DIVISIONS:       Teams may be made up of players in any combination of boys
                                                   and / or girls from the third grade to adult. We will group the teams
                                                   according to skill level. Teams made primarily of players under
                                                   9th grade will need an adult manager.

ENTRY COST:                        If we can schedule an average of 4 matches per day, Youth teams from U8 to U20 is $300.00 per 
                                                    team. if the average is less than 4 high as $350 per team.
                                                   Submit $300.00 with your Team Entry Form ,
                                                    but understand you may have to pay an additional $50. more
                                                    before you play.
                                                    Adult registration fees are $400.00 per team with a maximum roster size of 8 players.
                                                    All entry fees must be paid before your team is 
                                                    permited to play.
                                                     A late fee of $50.00 for rosters received after Dec. 15, absolutely no
                                                    rosters will be accepted after Dec. 21st.                                               

ENTRY DEADLINE:               December 15th.  All team rosters with payment must be taken 
                                                    to the WEST PLAINS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE office. 



Addition:                                Shinguards must be worn at all times.
