Registration is August 2nd and 3rd 2010  at the Civic Center Lobby.
Deadline for mail in forms is August 27th.


IF YOU WERE A REGISTERED PLAYER IN THE 2006 / 2007  league and have your birth certificate on file with us, you do not have to have another copy.

STEP 1 : PRINT MEMBERSHIP FORM
STEP 2 : GET PHOTO COPY OF PLAYERS BIRTH CERTIFICATE
STEP 3 : COMPLETE FORM
STEP 4 : MEMBERSHIP FEE IS $40.00 FOR EACH PLAYER
STEP 5 : MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO : WPSA
STEP 5 : MAILCOMPLETED MEMBERSHIP FORMS, WITH COPY OF BIRTH
CERTIFICATES ALONG WITH PROPER FEES
